1st peer feedback and self-assessment within group.
Give feedback to ALL of your groupmembers/teammates (select from student list one at a time), and finally also yourself (a self-assessment); numerical and textual.

Give a number (1..5) to everybody (all) of your groupmembers, and then yourself, about how they/you have performed so far during the project.

Now give textual justification for your numerical feedback to all your groupmembers, as a constructive feedback (where (s)he succeeded well, what areas could be improved). Your groupmembers see their feedback text. Finally make also a self assessment (select yourself from the student list), i.e. give yourself a number and textual evaluation.
